Kettlebells are an excellent versatile training tool for improving general fitness level and strength. In my classes you will...

  • develop muscular strength and abilities

  • improve cardiovascular health

  • do a combination of weighted and body-weight exercises

  • get fit to be able to enjoy doing the things you love!


Within our relaxed community, you'll find the support you need and workouts that build you up. Any age, fitness level, shape and size are welcome.

Classes are primarily held at Atlanta Barbell gym in Decatur. Classes in my residential garage in Avondale Estates are available upon request only. 

Scheduling an Intro to Kettlebells Class is recommended for beginners before joining regular classes. There isn't time for beginner instruction during regular class. For those with athletic experience or past training with a kettlebell certified coach, you can join a kettlebell class without an Intro Class.

Learn how to effectively and efficiently use kettlebells in your home or class workouts. Each Intro session will build up your skills in the foundational kettlebell movements: deadlift, squat, swing, press, clean, Turkish get up, and accessory movements.

Gain confidence from any starting strength level! With your new knowledge, you're ready to start a workout program either at home or in my studio classes.

Indoor rowing is one of the best low-impact, full-body workouts you can do! Our 45-minute rowing session includes warm up with good-form reminders and interval work of mixed length (short to medium), ~4000-5000m per class. Come row with us in Decatur, GA! 


All fitness and experience levels are welcome, and all ages, all body shapes and sizes. We are a relaxed and encouraging community. Your erg is YOUR workout! Rowing is perfect for injury/surgery/maternity recovery and getting started or re-started on your fitness journey.

New to rowing? If you'd like a lesson before joining class, or to improve your own rowing workouts. Schedule a lesson from a UCanRow2 Certified instructor (me!). Learn to row safely and efficiently to get the most of your workouts.

Learn to row efficiently on a Concept2 erg (indoor rowing machine) from a UCanRow2 certified coach.

Join our virtual rowing team. 

Whether you have your own erg or use one at a local gym, you can get in interval or workouts of any distance, anytime.


Be a part of our virtual crew by joining our Concept2 rowing team from anywhere in the world!


Anyone can row with team Third Way Strong, on any kind of erg. To join the team, simply create your logbook profile at Concept2, then select the  Third Way Strong team. Any meters recorded in your logbook at Concept2 will be added to the team total when you OPT IN to any of the Team Challenges scheduled throughout the year.

Get social with us! There is also a fun, supportive rowing group on Facebook called RowStrong, in partnership with UCanRow2 and several certified instructors. Anyone can post rowing questions and videos to receive friendly, constructive feedback on your form.
